Enjoy the flexibility, control and quick turnaround of your own affordable Custom Monitoring Program now. Add software and training later, as budget and time allow.

You get to pick out the equipment that you want checked in your facility. We provide flexibility to add more machines to the program as time goes on, if you choose. You are only charged for data collected once everything is set up and in place.

For example: Burdick Bros. Inc. set up vibration monitoring equipment throughout a customer's entire facility. The customer purchased Schenck equipment and modules from Burdick Bros. Inc., and our technicians assisted in teaching them how to collect vibration data. As it turned out, monitoring everything in the plant generated too much data for their company to handle at the time, so they reduced their monitoring plan to include only specific areas. When they submit data on a jump drive, Burdick Bros. analysis experts process the information and bill the customer.

Every company is different and would be set up in a way that works for them. One company may want to someday be able to do their own data collection and analyze it in-house. They could purchase software and programming, in addition to equipment.
